Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.

Can I cancel my order?

When will I be charged for my order?

We only charge our customers once an order has been shipped out! When you place your order, the amount will be held by your credit card institution in a pending authorization until your order has been processed and shipped.

What is your return policy?
